📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on ethics and compliance.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in ethics and compliance training (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
