📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the berthing and unberthing of vessels, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with cargo handlers to manage the loading and unloading of cargo, using tools like SAP for logistics.
• Monitor vessel movements and cargo operations, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and local port authorities.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of port facilities, using Maximo for asset management.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to vessel crews and cargo handlers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in port security operations, including the handling of security documentation and the implementation of security protocols.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of port reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maritime or port operations role.
• Proven experience in vessel handling, cargo operations, or port logistics.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and international standards, such as ISM Code and ISPS Code.
• Knowledge of asset management software like Maximo and logistics software like SAP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) or equivalent certification.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
