As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of retail financing products, including murabahah, mudharabah, and istisna. You will work closely with our retail banking team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers while maintaining high levels of performance and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the performance, profitability, and risk of the retail financing portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the portfolio and increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with the retail banking team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
• Ensure compliance with Sharia principles and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews of the portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Represent BTPN Syariah at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail financing or a similar role in the Islamic banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of Sharia principles and Islamic finance products.
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian banking industry and regulatory environment.
• Certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., CFP, CISI) is a plus.
