📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize payment gateways, ensuring seamless transaction processing for our clients.
• Integrate and maintain third-party payment solutions, such as Stripe, PayPal, and local payment providers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for merchants, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and updates to our payment systems.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FinTech or payment processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateways, APIs, and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with tools such as Stripe, PayPal, or other popular payment processors.
