📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the elephant conservation park, ensuring the well-being and safety of the elephants.
• Lead and manage a team of staff, including guides, veterinarians, and support personnel, to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement conservation programs, including feeding schedules, health monitoring, and habitat enrichment activities.
• Coordinate with local authorities, veterinarians, and conservation organizations to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Organize and facilitate educational tours, workshops, and community events to promote wildlife conservation and eco-tourism.
• Manage the park's budget, including fundraising efforts and sponsorships, to support ongoing conservation initiatives.
• Ensure the park's sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices and reducing environmental impact.
• Foster strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders to create a positive and supportive environment for the park.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Conservation, Zoology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wildlife conservation, park management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and management experience, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire a team.
