📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our inventory control system, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing reordering procedures.
• Oversee our logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products.
• Utilize software such as SAP or Oracle for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Analyze and interpret inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain operations, including just-in-time inventory management and cross-docking.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001 and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control and logistics best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and production, to ensure seamless integration of our supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and inventory control, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven experience with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
