📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement and manage HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Streamline recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent efficiently.
- Manage employee data and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HR systems.
- Collaborate with the IT department to integrate HR systems with other company-wide platforms.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems management or a similar role.
- Certification in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in process improvement and optimization.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
