📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Translate documents and materials between Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Interpret during meetings, conferences, and other events to facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure that all business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese suppliers and partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the textile manufacturing sector.
Provide language support for marketing and sales materials to reach a broader audience.
Assist in the development of training programs for employees who need to improve their Mandarin or Indonesian language skills.
Ensure that all communications are culturally appropriate and respectful.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Proven experience as a translator or interpreter in a business setting.
Strong understanding of the textile manufacturing industry and its terminology.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
Certification in Mandarin or Indonesian language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL) is a plus.
Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
