📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update financial records using software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Collaborate with branch managers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of bank deposits and other financial documents.
• Monitor cash flow and identify any discrepancies in financial records.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or administrative position.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with the retail or direct selling industry is a bonus.
