📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
