📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver comprehensive culinary training programs to junior chefs.,Assess and evaluate the performance of junior chefs to ensure they meet the required standards.,Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior chefs to improve their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to enhance the training programs.,Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure consistency in culinary standards across the restaurant.,Mentor and support junior chefs in their professional development and career growth.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall development of the restaurant's culinary team.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a culinary instructor or teacher in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully training and developing junior chefs.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and mentor junior chefs.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local and international culinary standards and practices.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
