📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they align with the company's culinary vision and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and hygiene.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal use of resources and cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.,Lead and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive culinary innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering company.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and driving culinary excellence.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development and culinary presentation.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
