This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary package of IDR 7,500,000 - 9,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth,Oversee the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends,Manage the marketing budget and ensure it is used effectively,Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and products,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Experience with CRM software is a plus,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
