📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.,Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.,Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.,Maintain and update the pharmacy inventory system.,Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.,Provide pharmaceutical advice and counsel to patients and healthcare providers.,Participate in continuous education and training programs for staff development.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Professional certification from a recognized pharmaceutical board (e.g., SIPA, SIA).,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
