📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor banquet staff to maintain high standards.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and decor.
  • Prepare and present event reports and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet staff or event management.
