📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and negotiation.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure timely completion.,Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance procurement skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Fresh graduate or limited experience in procurement is acceptable.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.,Basic understanding of procurement processes and practices.
