📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed,Monitor performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve results,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and plan for future tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
