In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning facilities.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and solutions.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly reports and operational data.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a pharmacy or retail environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and guidelines for pharmacies.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
