📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate documentation.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including front desk and waiting area.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments.,Monitor and record guest arrivals and departures, maintaining accurate records.,Provide information about the hotel and its facilities to guests and visitors.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
