📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training instructors.,Organize and facilitate training workshops, seminars, and other events.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training progress.,Collaborate with HR to align training programs with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting training sessions in Indonesian.
