📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve business goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and achieve organizational objectives.,Monitor departmental budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving departmental performance.,Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
