Place Shop Abadi is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control and stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.,Work with customers to fulfill orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.,Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Proficient in using computer software and tools for inventory management.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
