SMT Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.,Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.,Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.,Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.,Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Mentor and train junior test engineers on best practices and testing methodologies.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.,5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer or similar role in software testing.,Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.,Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
