China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian construction practices and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for construction projects, including cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.,Monitor project costs and identify areas where cost savings can be achieved.,Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and standards.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular cost reviews and audits to ensure project financial targets are met.,Manage and mentor junior quantity surveyors and support staff.,Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction practices, regulations, and standards.,Excellent project management and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with construction cost estimation software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali and Indonesia.
