In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees,Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback,Develop and maintain training materials and resources,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Mentor and coach junior instructors,Conduct regular training evaluations and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout their development journey

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Experience in using training management systems,Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
