One Moon Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kupang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet personnel.,Handle fleet-related emergencies and incidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
