📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing electrical projects from conception to completion.
• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Mentoring and developing junior project managers and electrical engineers.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in electrical engineering and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering electrical projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
