📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with national and provincial goals
• Coordinate with various government agencies, non-profit organizations, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of public services and infrastructure projects
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure they meet their objectives
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior officials on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and programs that support the economic, social, and environmental development of Bangka Belitung
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior officials on issues related to regional governance and development
• Represent the Government of Bangka Belitung at regional and national conferences and events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and policy development in a government or non-profit organization
• Strong knowledge of regional governance and development issues in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
